I have to do a stool test in Japan and I was only given the stick, I didn't even get to see that handy picture guide. I had a basic idea of what was involved, but I wasn't entirely confident and it is a very awkward thing to ask people how to do. Thanks :) I feel a lot better about sampling my stool now.
