Tried this but still cannot be runned

I am using Windows Vista Home Basic
Kaspersky 7.0.0.125
Easyphp 2

I also have skype and oovoo installed

what might be the problem then ?

In Skype, you should have these menus along the top: File, Account, Call, Chats, View, Tools and Help.

I was using EasyPHP for two weeks, but it kept throwing “undefined variable” errors. I’ve now changed to Wamp Server and those problems have gone.
